If you need to cancel your tour booking, cancellation charges will be applied depending on the notice period. These fees help us cover the costs already committed to accommodations, flights, park permits, and third-party services.

• More than 60 days before departure: 10% of the total package rate will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded.
• 31 to 60 days before departure: 25% of the total package rate will be charged. This covers supplier commitments such as lodges and permits.
• 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total package rate will be charged. By this time, most arrangements will have been prepaid.
• 14 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package rate. No refund is available due to full commitments made to partners.

Important: Certain components such as domestic flights, international flights, special permits, or exclusive lodges may be strictly non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date. These will be clearly communicated during booking.

If you fail to join the tour or cancel on the day of departure, no refund will be issued. This includes situations where clients miss international or domestic flights, arrive late, or fail to provide required travel documents such as visas, health certificates, or vaccination records.

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure timely arrival, complete documentation, and compliance with travel requirements.

We understand that plans may change. If you wish to modify your booking, please notify us in writing at the earliest opportunity. All changes are subject to availability and may attract additional costs.

• Amendment Requests: Adjustments such as changing travel dates, upgrading accommodation, or altering activities may incur fees imposed by suppliers or service providers.
• Partial Cancellation: If you cancel only a portion of your itinerary (e.g., a single excursion or hotel night), the cancellation rules for that service will apply individually.
• Substitutions: Replacing a traveler with another person may be possible but is subject to approval by airlines, lodges, and other service providers.

Trip Whisperer Safaris reserves the right to cancel a tour in the event of unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, severe weather).
• Political unrest, strikes, or civil disturbances.
• Pandemics, epidemics, or health emergencies.
• Insufficient participant numbers for group departures.

In such cases, we will provide the following options:

• A full refund of the total package rate paid.
• An alternative tour of equivalent value, subject to your agreement and availability.

Please note that Trip Whisperer Safaris will not be responsible for additional expenses incurred by the traveler, such as international flights, visa costs, or personal expenses.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@tripwhisperersafaris.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the cancellation request, unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (bank transfer, card, or mobile payment), unless alternative arrangements are mutually agreed upon.

Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions and international transfer procedures.

Trip Whisperer Safaris strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Your policy should cover, at a minimum:

• Trip cancellations and interruptions.
• Medical emergencies and hospitalization.
• Emergency evacuation and repatriation.
• Baggage loss, theft, or damage.

Travel insurance ensures peace of mind and provides protection against unforeseen circumstances beyond your control.
