About Us
Trip Whisperer Safaris is a Kenyan-owned tour operator specialising in bespoke wildlife experiences across East Africa. Since our founding, we've focused on crafting trips that connect travellers to the landscape, wildlife and people — respectfully and responsibly. We balance expert local knowledge, top-tier logistics, and a commitment to conservation to create memorable, safe and meaningful journeys.
We design private and small-group safaris to major national parks and conservancies — Masai Mara, Amboseli, Samburu, Lake Nakuru, Tsavo, and cross-border packages to Tanzania’s Serengeti and Ngorongoro, and Zanzibar beach extensions. Our itineraries are flexible: we tailor pace, accommodation, activities and special requests so each trip feels personal.

Our Safari Guides
Our guides are the heart of Trip Whisperer Safaris. Each guide is licensed by the Kenya Tourism Board, carries advanced first aid training, and has years of experience tracking wildlife, reading the landscape and delivering engaging, safe safari experiences. They speak English and commonly Kiswahili; many of our guides also speak additional languages. We prioritise guides who are trained in conservation, wildlife ethics (no baiting, no harassing of animals) and guest welfare.

Our guides attend regular in-house training workshops covering guest care, wildlife identification, anti-poaching awareness and sustainable tourism practices.
Health & Safety
Health and safety are paramount on every Trip Whisperer safari. We implement industry best practices to reduce risk and keep guests comfortable, whether on game drives, walking safaris or transfers.
All vehicles carry comprehensive first-aid kits, and at least one person on each trip is trained in wilderness first aid. For remote trips we arrange medevac plans and share nearest emergency options with guests prior to departure.
We follow the latest guidance from health authorities regarding testing, masks and sanitation. Vehicles and frequently touched surfaces are sanitised regularly, and hand sanitizer is provided.
Our safari fleet undergoes regular mechanical checks. Vehicles are fitted with seatbelts, communication radios and emergency toolkits. Drivers and guides follow defensive driving and wildlife-appropriate vehicle operations.
Before every activity guests receive a safety briefing covering wildlife interactions, vehicle rules and emergency procedures. We enforce safe viewing distances and discourage risky behaviour that disturbs animals or habitats.
We recommend that all guests travel with comprehensive travel and medevac insurance. For certain remote itineraries we include evacuation coverage options as part of the booking package.

- Supplier agreements: We hold formal agreements with accommodations, carriers and service providers; refunds and changes follow supplier and our published policies.
- Cooling-off & cancellation: Our cancellation policy is published at booking; for group hires or bespoke packages we outline terms before you confirm.
- Third-party protection: For added protection we recommend (and can arrange) ATOL-style or independent travel protection where applicable for cross-border travel.
